'Hotel is lovely and staff was great. Initially owner responded, but did not respond after that. We were told we were getting a renovated unit however that was not the case and the unit we got was very dated. The toilet needs to be replaced and the shower leaks. There were other items that were broken.'

'Our family had a great stay. The condo was clean and all of the resort amenities were great! It was so nice to be able to go down the elevator and be a few steps from the beach or the pool. It was also nice to have a full kitchen so that we didn't have to eat out every day. The view from the balcony was amazing. We were placed on the 20th floor, which was undergoing major renovations. Carpet removal, wallpapering the entire hall and painting every room. We were the only room completed on the entire hall, therefore we were the only tenants on the 20th floor. There was debris lining the entire hall throughout our entire stay.
