'My stay was great. Staff was super helpful and kind. Food from the in-house restaurant was solid. Rooftop pool was very nice. Only bit of feedback is the pillows and bed were lumpy and could deter me from returning. Oh also, The Opening Bell Coffee across the street is perfect for coffee.'

'I’ve stayed here three times in the last year and have been disappointed all three times but kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt bc I used to love staying here in years past. The bar area is beautiful and the hotel grounds are lovely. Unfortunately their staff is a tragedy. 'I love this hotel. The restaurant isn’t as good as it used to be, which is kind of sad but everything else is great. My room was clean daily by very kind of people. I stay there for a week because I actually had a facelift down in Dallas and it was super embarrassing, and the staff was so nice to me. I got a fractional laser which made me look like an alien for a few days and they still made me feel welcome —thank you for making an embarrassing few days feel comfortable for me.'
