'Most of the staff just seem like they were forced to be there. Which was really disappointing, staff picked and choice what rules they wanted to follow or just made up stuff as they went along. For this to be a friendly kids resort. I’m not sure why kids weren’t allowed in lounge area. Not even a breastfeeding infant. Don’t order food because staff will act like they didn’t see your food get delivered to the front desk. We were really looking forward to this place to be our main vacation...
