'Perfect for a vacation to South Beach. Location is 5 , place was charming/very clean, just as promised on the description. Hosts were communicative from booking all the way through. Highly recommend. '

'Close to beach at end of strip. Pretty quiet area. Easy to get around. Very basic room but has what you need. Shared patio good for morning coffee. AC loud and lights super bright. Host texted me prior to issue with AC on unit and easily transferred me to another room before I arrived. '

'Beautiful place. My family and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway to kick off Christmas vacation. Very cozy, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking and relaxing. There is plenty to do in the area all within walking distance. Tyler is an exceptional host and is very prompt with communication. He makes sure you have everything you need. 'The apartment is located on top of the buildg, with really nice view. Gym, pool and other utilities are included. We were familly of 2 adults and 2 kids, and it was nice during our stay.'

'Stayed for two days to help daughter move out of her dorm. We love the Coconut Grove area & The Arya is one of our favorite places to stay. THI’s room had a nice view of the bay, a hot water kettle, which you don’t always get for my tea, a refrigerator and stove. Most importantly wine glasses for after a long day of packing. Would definitely recommend this place!'
