'Everything was excellent I do recommend it.'

'People partying in the back next day the whole place smelled like Marijuana elevator reeked of alcohol'

'Lisa is such an amazing host, very responsive to messages, and amazing area.'

'This was a perfect oasis just a little way away from the chaos of my event. Nice big bathtub. Spotless clean, great bed. The entertainment area outside with a view was great for me to decompress. I found cheap easy parking not too far away, and used the Lime rentals to tear around the city. 100% a pleasure in all aspects.'

'A was a decent room for the price. Quiet building. The host was nice and easy to reach.'

'Great location! Walking distance to the metro train which is a plus. Safe and quiet.'

'Host was quick to respond whenever a problem would arise as well as very helpful in finding a solution. Instructions clear and easy to understand. The hallways and stairwell to the complex left a lot to be desired with it's cleanliness, but for the room itself it was as advertised. Would recommend.'

'Fantastic safe and clean option near downtown L.A. The apartment/hotel building was a lot older than I was expecting, but the room seemed freshly renovated. The elevator is old and small, but still worked. The room was right next to a street, so there was some traffic noise from time to time. The host was wonderful and answered every question I had. The room amenities were enough to make the stay feel like home. Hard to find a better option for this area at this price range that makes you feel...

'This is a corner unit in a really cool complex, with long view of the cityscape and hills of LA beyond. There is a roof top deck with even better views too. The location is perfect for enjoying the LA Arts District, with many great restaurants, several galleries, the Geffen Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) and other places of interest nearby. The host was attentive and responsive to our questions, the place was super clean and the air-conditioning was nice and cold! What more do you need?'

'Great location, no hot water in the shower!'

'I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews as I know that it’s part of someone’s investment revenue, however I don’t want someone to be disappointed like we were. The pros: central location - downtown and 3 bedrooms; and the rooftop pool and views were really nice to look at (we didn’t have time to get in).Cons - the check-in process of having to meet someone to let you into the garage and unit was a bit sketchy. The carpets need to be cleaned or replaced.Every sink or shower lacked a drain cover...

'I had a great stay at this property. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host provided clear check-in instructions, which made the arrival process easy and stress-free. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to get anything I needed. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this place to other travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay.'
