'A new building designed in the style of colonial era homes. Larry and Patricia were terrific hosts. Breakfast was made to order and amazing, including biscuits made according to Larry’s grandmother’s recipe. Comfy bed, plush towels. The dimmer switches for the lights are a great touch. Plenty of parking, nice large backyard with tons of birds. Remote location so it’s nice and quiet. Absolutely would stay here again! '

'Everything was amazing the food was great but the cost for the meal plans is just to high next time instead of eating there we are just going to go to one of the many restaurants down the street and go to the I hop down the street for breakfast it is cheaper my family paid a total of almost 160 dollars for breakfast alone just for two days . Not doing that again but we had an amazing time'

'This location was very convenient to the Busch Gardens Water Country areas. We were less than 8 minute drives to either. We were very close to Historic Williamsburg as well, which made a nice day out. The hotel staff was helpful. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.'

'The beds could have been much better than they were. Very cheaply done. Only one TV in the cabin, not much sitting room to accommodate 6 adults...'

'We had a few issues in the beginning of our stay, but they did get resolved on our last night. Some issues were cable not working, internet not connecting to devices, there was a telephone, but no hooks up so the phone didnt even work. The room was cleaned in a rush, there was a pretzel under the mattress.. & there was not spare toilet paper roll.'
