'Place was dirty. Hair on walls from previous guest. Electrical hazards galore. Not in a great area. Back patio was unusable. Air conditioning didn’t really reach top floor. Food left in freezer from previous guest. Not worth even half of what they charged.'

'Problems-Kitchen drawer next to the sink is broken-Cleaning issues- comforter, sheets, mattress cover in the first level was dirty ie dried blood and urine-All linen need to be replaced, thin and dingy-mattress flat, very uncomfortable.-washer and dryer need cleaning-Trash cans need to be cleaned- Courtyard was unkept ie broken glass, weed, debris- The smell of marijuana was on the upper floors.RECOMMEND SOMEONE REVIEW THE FACILITY PRIOR TO ANYONE CHECKING IN.'

'We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was as advertised with plenty of space for our group of seven. The property is very convenient for walking to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, parks and the river. I would definitely recommend!'

'This listing is in a great area by Drexel U. Anything you could want is within walking distance. We were a multi generational group and the teenagers love that we were sandwiched between two different pizza joints; a pizza was ordered every night of our stay. The main living space was a great size for us all to gather. And we really appreciated that each room had its own bathroom. I would highly recommend for a large family group traveling together.'
