'When we arrived at 11:00 we were told it was a standard room. It wouldn’t be long till they could put us in a room. We waited five hours till 4 o’clock, which was the check-in. Which your website showed us at noon was to check in. When I said something about it, they said we’re having an event. The staff was very unwelcoming and not not helpful at all.'
