'My kids and I needed a place to stay for about a week while we were in the middle of a move. The property was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed, and more. The property was very clean and newly renovated with new amenities all throughout. My kids and I were able to go about our daily routine without any additional stresses knowing we had a place to come home to that felt like a temporary home away from home. The washer/dryer in unit was a MASSIVE convenience. TVs in both rooms....

'Awful! I had to leave due to the condition of the property. Misrepresented - Not “exceptional” not a “10” and not a premiere host. Be aware when no realreviews exist for a property. Dirty, uneven and broken flooring, bedroom door didn’t even close, no hot water in walk in shower. I tried to make this work but finalstraw was when water was shut off while using the other shower. Host refused to refund any part of my money. Worse experience ever!'

'A very nice 1-room cottage, perfect for one or 2 guests. It’s set back from the street, behind a private home. Secure digital door lock. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Mini-split is quiet and easy to adjust. Small but nice bathroom (sink & shower). Kitchen was clean and well-furnished - although there were no pots or pans for cooking on the 2-burner countertop induction stove (we didn’t need these, so didn’t ask for same). The fridge was clean and worked well. Joseph, the manager, stayed in touch...

'Best part of our California vacation was meeting Todd, visiting the animals and relaxing in the beautiful guest house! Super clean, kitchen has everything you could need and cozy decor. Great outdoor space and very private. Awesome walking/bike path right out the door. Quick trip to Trader Joe’s. Found and loved Cafe Ficelle in TO. Don’t miss Pointe Dume with a coffee & pastry from Le Cafe de la Plage Malibu!!! Loved everything! We’ll be back. Thank you Todd!'
