'Francesco was awesome! He was very helpful with giving a list of things to do in Pisa. He included some small things for breakfast along with fresh bread which was awesome and very helpful. Check-in process was quick and efficient, where he was there to walk through the property and answer any questions I had. 11/10 would recommend you to stay here when in Pisa as the location was perfect. '

'The apartment itself was decent, mostly clean. Check in was somewhat challenging because of the key situation. We had to ask a couple staying in the same building how to unlock the door. I communicated with the host but no answer to my concerns about the front door, dead batteries for the air conditioners and other questions. You can't open windows because there are so many people walking by or were too high. Any time I had a question, no response from the host. Other than check in and check out...

'This property was absolutely perfect for our stay in Pisa. Centrally located and just a short walk to train station and main attractions. David was a great host and had lots of recommendations for us. The property had tons of amenities which was a very nice touch. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in in Italy. The air conditioning was fantsdtic. It would have been nice if there was an end table or coffee table but I can understand that if the sleeper sofa is made up...
