'The location was by far the best part of status here. Easy walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. Accommodations were clean and our run was cleaned daily. My only two complaints were that parking was a challenge. Go to the top of the garage. You'll have more to there. Also the shower water was only like warm. Otherwise great place to stay. '

'Please improve visibility of the crosswalk that goes from the back parking lot to the sidewalk that leads to the hotel. Stairs or a ramp would be great leading from the awning of the hotel to the sidewalk. The sidewalk goes to the corner of the parking lot on both ends but does not lead right to the hotel entrance. Complete preventative maintenance on exterior lighting. Many parking lot lights were out. Painting curbs for visibility on stairs would be helpful due to low lighting near crosswalks...
