'The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom felt outdated. The shower curtain didn't keep the water inside the tub, so the bathroom floor flooded during every shower. The exterior hallways could also use better upkeep and maintenance. Overall, the staff was excellent, but a few facility improvements would make the stay much better.'

'We had a wonderful stay in Pleasant View! we had no trouble getting into the property, and enjoyed every minute of the stay! its within walking distance to some great restaurants, all of which we enjoyed immensely! Will definitely look this property back up on our next Nashville trip!'

It was very dirty, but I was told it would be cleaned on Sunday (I was home all day working), I didn't see anyone come to clean, I notified the management staff, they said someone accessed the gate... maybe they did, but the pool looked exactly the same with the same amount of dirt and leaves in the bottom, and the water level was so low that the skimmer/filter couldn't filter the surface debris.
