It was very dirty, but I was told it would be cleaned on Sunday (I was home all day working), I didn't see anyone come to clean, I notified the management staff, they said someone accessed the gate... maybe they did, but the pool looked exactly the same with the same amount of dirt and leaves in the bottom, and the water level was so low that the skimmer/filter couldn't filter the surface debris. 'The property had two homes and two out buildings. The site felt more like a luxury villa than a rental. There were many kitchens, bedroom and social areas. The age ranges of our family ranges from 7 months to senior citizens. Everyone had a great time and we appreciated the ability to be together and to have private areas. Well worth the money.'
