'We are always pleased when we stay at the Briar Barn Inn. It is beautifully appointed and welcoming. The staff is courteous and friendly. The continental breakfast is wonderful and coffee is available 24/7, which is a perk I really appreciate. Everything is 5-star!'

'Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus. Cons: While the room appeared tidy, it wasn’t as clean as expected. 'Great place close to lots of good places to eat and about two miles from the beach. Very clean and great staff. The bed was super comfy. Only disappointment was the gym is not on on site. It's a great gym but two miles away and good luck getting the ONE swipe card.'
