'This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. The nearest subway stop (the "E" line) is a bit of a walk, but there are crosstown bus stops on every block and just outside the lobby. The king-size bed was comfy and...

'Overall the stay was great and good value for our family. The location was good for us as we were trying to stay near friends. The main door to enter the building was usually unlocked and you were able to push open the door. Not an issue for us but would be if traveling alone perhaps.There was a Large amount of trash on the 2nd floor that was there for the duration of our 3 day, 2 night, stay and the smell was rough but didn’t make it into the apartment.The communication with the owner was...

'Apt as described and pics are accurate. Clean. Cute. Good linens. Kitchen has basic supplies. We ate out. Location is great. Lots food, groc, bars close by and easy access to trains to get around. It’s NYC sized apt (as expected) with a very functional layout. 3 adults worked fine. Front bedroom is on 1st Ave so if you are sensitive to noise or new to NYC bring ear plugs.
