'Stayed for the weekend with family for my daughter’s wedding. It’s hard to find a nice place that will accommodate a lot of people. It was a very nice house. Some things I would note, however. With being able to accommodate so many people, there isn’t enough furniture in living area to sit everyone comfortably. The couch and two chairs are not comfortable and it isn’t enough seating. 'Ram the owner was excellent to deal with while at the property. He provided excellent service. Fridge for outdoor kitchen went out and he replaced it first day we were there. We had some A/C issues he got corrected first day. There were some lighting issues on the tennis courts which he corrected the second day when we needed them. 'We had a great stay for our family vacation. Nice, quiet neighborhood with a grocery store close and easy access to main highways. Our host was very responsive, and it was well stocked. The back patio was plenty large for our group of 8 and it was a nice grill'

'FCS Championship weekend with several 60-yr old college friends. The house was 10 minutes away from Toyota Stadium, 45 minutes to AT&T Stadium, and 40 minutes to DFW. Great location. We had plenty of room for seven of us. Perfect setup for bloody mary brunches and for hanging out evenings after a couple days of football.'

'Stayed just one night. Very clean quiet and beds were very comfortable! The only issues we had were that the WiFi did not work and there were no coffee filters for the coffee maker. The no WiFi was not a big deal for us as we were not there very long and I bought coffee filters for the coffee maker so now that issue is solved. We enjoyed the tranquility of the property and the ease of the stay. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend to others. '
