Vind je ideale hotel in Prudence Island

'My Husband and I stayed here for 2 days while we were in Rhode Island for a surgery. The night of his surgery there was a water leak in our bathroom ceiling. I had to pack up all of our stuff and my husband when he should not have been moving around to switch rooms. We were promised a refund for this night but then after coming back to NY we were denied the refund twice. Extremely poor customer service and to top it off there was night construction outside of our room starting at 10pm that they...

'My check-in was excellent. Craig did a fantastic job. My room was roomy, clean, the bed felt very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again 10 out of 10.'

'The room was excellent and clean, the staff were lovely - the front desk my first night was so helpful and went above and beyond. Each time I went to the front desk the rest of my stay they were so wonderful. Room service was phenomenal, and the gentleman who brought my food up remembered me when he saw me in the restaurant the next day. The service was impeccable. And the food at the Crossings was delicious! '

'Rooms and amenities were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Only downside is the room walls are thin and the room I was in, the air was inconsistent. Warm, air would turn on cool, then once it shut off, warm again.'

'Front desk attendant was rude and seemed to be horribly inconvenienced by us checking in. Overall the property was a dump. There were 2 bugs on the ceiling, stained carpets and generally was worn down … everywhere For the $ I spent I would have rather driven 2 hours home. I will never stay at another one of your properties'

'The inside and outside of the motel looked like you stayed in a very luxe resort, but for a reasonable price. We asked for a smokers room, but we wondered if it really was a smokers room because it smelled very fresh. Very comfy beds and clean, nice blankets. It was great. The only thing that could be upgraded are the towels. They are really tiny. We would stay here again. '
