'We arrived by ferry for a two day stay. The house is just up from the ferry in a good location with nice views of the bay. One thing I would have liked to know before booking is that there is a boil alert for the island meaning you can't drink the water and have to bring water with you. The house was very comfortable and it was nice to drink coffee in the morning in the sunroom. There were a lot of extra fees that drove up the price. Not sure I would rent a place like this in the future.'

'Such a sweet suite where attention has been given to every detail… From the cozy coastal decor, comfy bed, great books on the history of the area and binder of places to go and things to do to the kitchen area stocked with utensils, paper goods, coffee pods and teabags. 'This house is in a perfect location to walk to everything you want to enjoy in Newport. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't need it again the whole stay. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need to relax and they even serve homemade baked goods for breakfast. This is the second time I have stayed at Admiral Syms house and will definitely be back.'
