'Overall, the experience was good. However, I was not impressed with the room—it did not match the pictures and could definitely use some remodeling and maintenance. The room had a noticeable old smell, which might be unpleasant for people who are sensitive to odors. There was also quite a bit of noise coming through the door from housekeeping and people walking in the hallway. It wasn’t terrible, but since we had little ones the noise was sometimes disturbing, especially when they were trying...

'Pool view included a view of the ocean which was unexpected. The staff was amazing, incredibly attentive. Truly, all of them. Rooms were clean. Furniture a bit worn. My daughter is gluten intolerant and they did everything to make sure she was taken care of. Would highly recommend this property to others!'

'We verbleven hier slechts 1nacht aangezien ons pakketreis hotel tijdens de regenachtige dagen geen goede faciliteiten hadden. De twee dagen dat we bij dit hotel verbleven was super goed, eten animatie en kamer was zeer goed. Volgende keer ook geen tui pakket reis voor ons '

'Staff was excellent and very helpful. We were in a room very close to the entertainment initially and it’s very loud at night so asked to change. They were able to accommodate. The food, especially at lunch, was not amazing with a minimal selection. Would like to see them up their food options. Also if you are gluten or dairy intolerant the choices were almost non existent. '
