'Amazing resorts in terms of value. We had the honour to spent two full weeks over here and enjoyed every second of it. Great and professional staff (especially bartender Daniella killed it for us!!), great dining options, great food en drinks quality, large and modern rooms, and above all very luxurious. Would come back to this or partner resorts for sure with the two of us! '

'A perfect, peaceful, non-touristy place! Lovely pools and excellent service. We loved K’uhul for its laid-back atmosphere and menu that included some traditional Yucatán fare. The Joya grille was great for lunch, served poolside if you choose. The Côté à Costa restaurant had excellent beef carpaccio, but was just ok for us. 'Oom Bubble Boutique is gorgeous and unique. Despite our late evening arrival, we received a warm welcome from Gabriella and quick tour to get our bearings. The front desk were extremely responsive to our WhatsApp messages throughout our stay. The bubbles are simple and stylish, with a tucked away toilet and both a bath and very comfortable bed in which to enjoy the night sky. We slept really well, serenaded by the jungle symphony. 'Nous étions du côté tranquille de l’hôtel (Secrets) et c’était parfait pour nous. Les employés sont vraiment exceptionnels et nous avons particulièrement adoré Luis aux activités et Luis au bar du Prefered Club. On a eu un petit soucis avec l’application les 2 premiers jours, mais ça c’est bien réglé par la suite et ils ont nous ont même offert une compensation pour le désagrément.
