'Tiny home was amazing and cozy and clean!!'

'Really liked the property and enjoyed our stay there. The views from the balcony and room were just amazing and breathtaking. The amenities were good and enjoyed them and even had a bear sighting when we were strolling. Property is well kept and the unit makes you feel like home. The communication from the property management team was incredibly smooth and responsive. We had a great stay and we’ll recommend to our friends.'

'No breakfast.'

'Pffff'

'We had been traveling for 2 days and arrived at 1:30-2:00 exhausted, the room was ready but was not allowed to check in until after 4:00 unless I paid an additional $35 . There for I wouldn't recommend this property.'

'Amazing hotel and exceptional service! Margaritaville in Gatlinburg is fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. We also really enjoyed the night entertainment. I will definitely be back! ¡Hotel increíble y servicio excepcional! Margaritaville en Gatlinburg es fantástico. 'Clean rooms, friendly staff, good amenities, conveniently located, good ambience. This was our second time in this hotel in one year. Definitely recommend this hotel. Only the breakfast needs a little revamp. Rest perfect.'

'Very friendly and helpful management and workers. Very clean rooms.'

'It's in an ideal spot to walk. The water pressure is amazing. There are bears.'

'We LOVED Hotel Indigo in Downtown Gatlinburg! Great location at the end of the strip which help us get some great steps in, easy walk to strip - Anakeesta, Ole Red, Gatlinburg Brewing Co. all nearby by! Great Smokey Mountain views from balcony room! We loved the coffee shop, Altitude Rooftop Bar, rooftop patio offers great views and chill vibe. We did not use pool area but hotel offers so many great amenities! Newer hotel, very clean and rooms were exceptionally nice! We'd definitely stay there...
