'There was a brief and quickly solved issue with getting into our room, but the host was kind and responded immediately. I hesitate to even mention that it occurred since it was solved easily, but want to note that he was great. The room was perfect for our trip to see Broadway shows! The penthouse was quiet and better the night we had no neighbors. A beautiful old hotel updated with a cozy bed and clean newer bathroom. '

'New York was an amazing experience, with our stay at this property that made us feel at home and safe. We were assisted on arrival and knew we could call for support if required. The views of the surrounding area were spectacular. The WiFi service was reliable and consistent. Whilst it was our intention to cook a few meals in the property, for which the kitchen was appropriately stocked, we ate out. We would most definitely stay here again.'

'This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.'
