'De kamer was zeer ruim en schoon. Het rook echter naar vocht. De prijs was ivm laborday flink opgeschroefd. Het ontbijt was karig met weinig keus. Het hotel ligt perfect met een bushalte voor de deur. '

The breakfast served every day was so delicious and ready when we were. Everything we needed was taken care of by wonderful people. Also all the attractions are within walking distance since the hotel is located downtown. I highly recommend the Melville House and we will be staying there again.'

'This is a beautifully restored historic home. I can't say enough good things about the property and house and staff. We stayed in the Governor's Suite which was very nice and roomy and big roomy bathroom. I must say there are stairs. You must be able to carry your suitcases up the stairs into the house and into your room. Breakfast was very good. Good choices and good coffee. Many things here are within walking distance and felt very safe. I do suggest the trolley tour as you will see...

'This place was amazing, clean and welcoming. It’s closed to the beach. Lots of restaurants around. The check in was smooth. And they have amazing coffee and a bunch of snacks. DEFINITELY WORTH IT.'
