Also gave helpful information on restaurants. We hope to rent again from Eric. The neighborhood was pleasant and easy to walk around. 'What a huge find for us! House is located 10 minutes from our friends and is super dog friendly. And getting in to Nashville proper is very easy and there are multiple options. Grocery stores and such are very close by. The hosts are very conscientious as the house perfect for a family with pets. Safety measures for both are there such as outlet covers and top locks on the outside doors. Out back is a very expansive fenced and gated yard for play. 'Ideal home and location for our family visit! Our extended family is based in East Nashville, so location was a key factor for our booking. Some highlights we enjoyed during our stay- - Rooms were spacious and dark with blinds and dark drapes, one was perfect for our 2 year old to nap even mid day.
