'This property is a nightmare to say the very least. Filthy bedding, toilets not working (one not attached to the floor, light bulbs burned out and I could go on for hours. The host never gave us contact info other than via VRBO system so wasnt able to efficiently address issues, the code to get in was not posted on time and day two the code didnt work and had to be reset after multiple contacts. I would sleep in my car before this property! '

'The place was ideal for my sister and I. It was very clean and comfortable. Amy was a great host very prompt answering all my questions. Felt safe walking the streets to the local coffee shop and restaurants. The bus stop was right next to condo so it made it easy to get downtown.Would definitely come back.'

'There were six of us and only five available bedrooms in the main house. Though there are beds over the sunroom, I was afraid of going down the stairs at night. That is such a nice room but the makeshift runner on those steps seemed like a trip hazard. I can only imagine the upkeep costs of this house, but you may want to consider redoing those stairs. Also, the tall beds need little step ladders. I do not mean to be unkind, but I imagine others may have the same thoughts. I do appreciate you...

'A beautiful space. Light filled. Very clean and comfortable. The location tucked just behind 12th Ave is perfect. Easy access to restaurants, coffeeshops and boutique shops. Unfortunately, my stay was during an exceptionally cold weather week and it was really cold in the apartment especially because one entire wall is glass- with that glass garage door. The host was super responsive when I complained and did bring an extra space heater and blankets. '
