Top tier! The communication and service from the host was welcoming and prompt whenever we had any questions! For me and my girlfriend’s first time booking through Vrbo with this host we were very pleased with the service!'

'This was a bit different than other VRBO’s we had rented. The a/c: it was 86 degrees when we arrived, took 2 hours to cool to 70 and kept defaulting to 80. King bed had broken down on one side, so only 1 of us could sleep in it. There were bugs and hoping they are riding back home with us. Booked this house because it had a hot tub, but we were told after we arrived, it was not working. The shower drain, did not work. The front porch was wonderful and thankful it had a washer and dryer.'

'Very disappointed in our stay. Only positive-the owners were responsive to messages. They did send someone out to clean the pool after we complained of trash and dirty clothes being in it. They were also very nice to allow us use the barn games without an additional fee. Unfortunately though, this house needs major deep cleaning and a lot of repairs. It is generally unclean.
