We called and messaged multiple times (at least 20 calls) and didn’t get a response for about 45 minutes. 'The cabin was great! It was perfect for our Hill Country getaway. Very close to Pedernales State Park which made it even better. Great place to enjoy some time away from the big city.'

'This was not as advertised. There isn't a safe path to the water, and once you get there it looks post-apocolyptic at best thanks to the alligator gar skeletons and murky water. Also, this says it sleeps 4, but there's only a full size bed in the corner of the room. So it sleeps 2 uncomfortably close. We left shortly after we arrived.'

'We had such a a great time staying at Hearthstone 515! It is such a a beautiful place and so serene! Patti greeted us and was so welcoming. She even printed out the schedule for the Songwriters Festival for us. Such a sweet person, and such a sweet place to visit! We can't wait to go back again!'

'We’ll start with the positives: owner was responsive to questions and concerns; location was a short walk to The Island where we could watch the sunset over the water. Beyond that it was, sadly, a disappointment. The front yard/entry was overgrown so the entry path wasn’t useable. The house itself is dated and shows obvious wear, and hadn’t been used in a while. There were clumps of dust in the corners, burrs in the carpet, old, mismatched, dirty dishes & glasses and so much mold in the master...
