' Very relaxing '

'Beautiful property. Very clean, everything you need for a short or long stay. Only have two small complaints....sooooo dark. Once the sun goes down, it is so dark there. I would highly suggest some solar motion lights. The second is the washer and dryer. There is NOT a washer and dryer in the small guest house...you have to walk through the backyard of the main house and do around the corner and up the stairs to use the washer and dryer. Oh and also....they need to put shades or curtains...

'The location of the house is perfect. Walking distance to downtown and the river. Pastries, juice, milk, cereal and coffee for breakfast. That was a nice treat. The sheets on the bed were dreamy! Communication with Ambre, the host was excellent! If you’re looking for the perfect little place in Llano, this is the one!'

'My husband and I stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary. The location is great! Very close to town, but with a view: the hills, the cows across the road, the deer in the back, and the sunset. Plenty of room for the two of us, fridge stays VERY COLD(unlike those hotel mini fridges), very cozy, love all the decor, cute and rustic. Previous review mentions you are close to a highway road, but there is a fan provided, and we use white noise anyways, so it was perfect and...

'Quiet, fairly secluded cottage, located right off a private airstrip. You don't hear any noise from the planes, but sometimes you can catch them flying in or out. It's fun to watch. The place is nice. Small yet capable kitchen. Recommended you bring your own cutlery if you prefer your own sharper knives. There's a washer and dryer there, which worked great for us. The bedrooms were all on the smaller side, but having three of them was perfect. All three also have decent closet space to tuck bags...

'The home had everything we needed and more. So thankful that it had clean bedding, and full kitchen! Sitting on the rocking chairs on the front porch over looking the river was so peaceful and relaxing early in the morning! We had such a nice stay! '

'Nice clean older house with charm. Great quiet peaceful location near Blanco River and State Park. The tree house and watching deer were nice perks. Fire pit would have been nice if the county didn’t have the burn ban on. Owner’s would have been available if needed. The location was within an hour drive to many activities. Enchanted Rock, Natural Bridge Cavern, Lukenbach, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Antiquing and Wineries to name a few. '
