Although this is a 2 family house, we never heard or saw the neighbors. A road away is very loud, but you absolutely do not hear in the upstairs bedroom. We were able to get a late check out which was much appreciated. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and accessible to the down town area. We were able to walk to dinner. The house is obviously newly furnished, even with tags still on some itemss, but unlike most homes furnished for renters, they actually bought high quality sofas and mattresses with comfort in mind.
