'When we checked in dirty rags were left in the room. In the morning there was no hot water to take a shower. When I called front desk the employee told me they are working on it and that management was on the way to the hotel. Fast forward an hour later, still no hot water. So I spoke to the front desk employee to get a partial refund and cancel my next night, she seemed like she was very bothered with that question.'

'They did not have a shuttle driver always available. It was an inconvenience to fly away. Had to Uber thinking I had a shovel service.'

'My stay was really good, better than expected. The staff member that checked me in was great. The room was very clean with the exception of a little dust. My only issue with the room was the shower drain was very slow, so I had to stand in a water as if I was taking a sit down bath. Outside of that, stay was great. '

'The eggs were very dry, the potatoes were cold. There was blood on the wall by bathroom, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain. And wasn't able to take a bath there was no plug. '

'The room smelled horrible and was very unclean. The room was not at all what was advertised nor did we know the elevator was broken and we would have to climb 4 flights of stairs. Ended up leaving because we were so uncomfortable with the room. '

'The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and had a variety of food. Our suite was very clean and spacious for our family of 4 for a 3 day weekend. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The pool was clean and well stocked with towels. Reception/Guest Services were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. It was within 20-25 minutes of the zoo, union station and the downtown and within minutes of the Westport Plaza....

'I think it may have recently changed ownership. This property needs a lot of work, they try but seem to be lacking customer service skills. Room was clean and basic, on the third floor, after getting our belongings to our room we went for dinner. Came back and the elevator is broken. Today had to use the stairs to get our belongings back to our vehicle. I know this is our of their control but an offer of assistance would have gone a long way. '

'This is a clean, safe, well run and well-maintained property. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They clearly enjoy their jobs and it showed! Pet friendly. I will definitely stay at this property the next time I am in the area!'
