On a positive note, the views from our room were beautiful, and the property itself is gorgeous. It’s in a very safe, family-friendly area, which is one of the reasons we chose to stay here. 'Rundown Friendly doorman but hardly ever available'

'This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed at in my entire life. It is just one level above sleeping outside on a cardboard box. Everything is dirty. The building stinks. There were no pillows and the room was not clean. There was hair in the shower. The sheets on the bed made me cough. Just disgusting. It was like a hotel in India which is probably what the owners are accustomed to, I suppose.'

When cleaning our own room before we left, we found garbage and a slipper left behind from a previous guest that was left in our room prior to our arrival.
