'This was my second stay at the Sono. I love everything about it. It is a great location with restaurants within walking distance. Free to park close to hotel. Comfortable beds. Very clean!! Management is both helpful and friendly! Breakfast had healthy options. I plan to stay again next time I’m in town.'

'Pros of staying at this hotel: -staff was very friendly and helpful. -offsite parking was reasonably priced and close. -elevator was working. -close to Lincoln Park and Wrigley Fields. -room was bigger than most city hotel rooms. Cons of staying at this hotel: -dated property -musty smelling -rooms were dimly lit -room did not feel that clean because of the age of the carpet, tile in the bathroom, and furniture. I would not stay here again because the cons outweighed the pros for me.'

'One of the best price/quality options for your stay in Chicago. Great neighbourhood with lots of (rather expensive) restaurants and bars. Supermarket around the corner. Metro station at 10 minutes walking distance. The Villa Toscana is a charming old house with nice garden and verandah. Rooms are a bit small and stuffy, with no view or possibility to open windows in the bottom rooms, although the owner unscrewed one of the closed windows for us to let in a bit of fresh air. 'Mooi, niet al te groot hotel in Chicago met veel restaurants etc in de buurt. Kamers waren aan de kleine kant maar netjes. Bedden waren wel te zacht. Bad om in te douchen is ook niet meer van deze tijd. Weinig ruimte om je spullen en handdoeken op te hangen in badkamer. Verder ontbijt in Somerset was prima a la carte. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk. '
