'Its affordable, its anterior is unique, the staff are very nice and helpful, its a historic building and its near a lot of stuff so you dont have to travel far to go to exciting places. And for the people who aren't exactly fans of night life celebrations going on, the windows are capable of being sealed shut to eliminate 90% of the loud noise. I was staying on the night Mexico won against Ecuador and the celebrations going on outside were loud. The moment I shut the windows, boom, silence.'

'The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear the traffic outside and, of course, your neighbors. Whether this is a problem depends on the individual. However, it's otherwise a great hotel, within walking distance of the trolley station. There's a shopping center within walking distance, and a good restaurant next to the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful, which is why this hotel deserves so many stars in our opinion.'

'I love the Alma hotel. The rooms were nicely appointed, very modern and the Latino influenced decor was very appealing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I will definitely be back. The reason it got four stars instead of five had nothing to do with the hotel itself, the lost star unfortunately was due to something completely outside of their control. There were “fentanyl monsters” on every corner. While dining in the cafe they put on quite a show outside through the windows....
