'We stayed one night and chose this property for its advertised “on the beach” location. Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations for the price. The room was decent but outdated, with no air conditioning. To get airflow, you must open doors/windows, but there are no screens, so bugs come in. Privacy is also limited, as people from the nearby park can see directly inside. A major issue was the train, which runs every 10–20 minutes and is very loud. Since the tracks sit between the property...

'We only stayed one night. I booked a room not knowing what it would be. Turns out it was an interior room but they upgraded us to a waterfront room which was awesome. These are condos you are renting so they have everything you need. Underground parking is a big plus.'
