'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff.
Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'
'I paid so much money to stay in this hotel but it was not worth it. My room was only cleaned once in the 4 days that I stayed here. Also the cleaning was not done nicely, it was a mess. I asked for a bandaid and they didn’t have it. The bed was so uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend it. '

'This is an attractive small Inn not far from the beach and many restaurants and bars (all walkable). It also had a small kitchenette if you were staying longer. We stayed one night and despite being right on the street it was relatively quiet other than the occasional train horn. We would definitely stay there again. '
'The first night I stayed I woke up to a tour bus nearly hitting my car while backing up because the facility had blocked the reasonable exit option. The second I woke up to see several police cruisers in the parking lot. The staff were not friendly and acted as if I was bothering them to do their job, we had no room freshen up and had to go to the lobby to request clean towels. The best way to explain the value of this property is you get what you pay for.'

'Our family absolutely loved our stay at Half Moon Inn! The grounds are gorgeous and tropical, the location is perfect with a view of the bay, harbor and out of the hectic downtown areas. Staff was solution oriented. Our toilet stopped working twice, and they sent maintenance quickly and then without prompting, offered a credit on our bill. Not one bad interaction with staff. Thr beds were incredibly comfortable, and our suite had plenty of room to spread out with two kids. We can’t wait to...

'The hotel staff were very accommodating and kind. There was a random person near/around garage area as soon I informed staff they were right on and removed the individual. The area is quite, our dogs enjoyed their morning walks. 15ish minute drive to mission beach, in&out burger is walkong distance. We would stay again! '
