'The staff was welcoming and helpful and friendly. Nice room, adult only pool available. I enjoyed the casino and the speakeasy was my favorite activity. The view from my room of the rainforest was absolutely breathtaking . The shower was the best. I wanted to take it home with me. One complaint. The microwave should be accessible all night. 'Not happy with this hotel at all!!! The staff is no help because I went downstairs to tell them about the refrigerator how my food was frozen showed it to (Rafael) the front desk supervisor. He stated to me I have to talk to the manager Joshua I wasn’t happy with the manager at all he wouldn’t help me out with my situation with the room refrigerator.
