'Great hotel with a lovely ambiance. The front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. We stayed for five nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The only downside was the housekeeping service, which was inconsistent—on a couple of days it wasn’t done properly, and I had to call to have it redone.'

'I like the wrist band we got at front desk that was able to use as a keycard to get in room. I don’t like all the extra charges. There was a charge for parking, hotel amenities charge per night and then security deposit in case damage to room. We do get security deposit back.'

'Would recommend this resort to anyone! Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. The 1 bedroom villa is so nice. The bed was comfortable, the black out curtains were super helpful and the size was perfect. Also appreciated the washer and dryer that was only shared with one other unit. The pools and hot tubs were my kids favorite things about the stay. The onsite restaurant is a little pricey but super convenient. 10/10 stay.'
