'This place had such potential and should be one of the best hotels in the area but unfortunately is for from it! The location is great but the hotel is extremely run down and outdated. One of the elevators wasn't working and the one that did work took forever. The hotel has its own beach, two pools, one of which is saltwater and a jacuzzi. Sounds good right? Well, the pools had mold on the interior edges... Can't one of the maintenance people get a power washer and clean them? Horrible! The room...

When they did answer they said they we going to have us speak with their accounting department and email us & never did. '
