'Stayed in this charming cottage for 6 years now and totally love it. Great fenced in backyard for our dog. Clean. And the owner Bill so great to work with. Nice quiet neighborhood. Beach down the street. We love it!!Looking forward to many more years here!'

'This is a cute little place. Seems a little worn out for the money. The picture of the two chairs by the water is disceptive. You can not see the water from the house, except for a peek a boo view through the trees. i '

'The cottage was very well decorated, maintained and well stocked. Loved the location with a view of the cove.My kids loved the loft'

'We had a wonderful week at The Velvet Crab. Tara and the Heart of the Cape crew were attentive to any message we sent and the house was a perfect location to explore the outer cape. We loved how close we were to both the bay and ocean beaches and the whole family, dog included, loved lounging at the pond’s edge. We’re sorry to have to leave!'
