'The overall experience at this resort was disappointing. The hotel manager continuously pushed us to purchase a membership and kept offering different options even after we clearly declined. Instead of respecting our decision, the interaction became uncomfortable and overly pushy. For the amount of money people spend here, I honestly do not think it is worth it. 'Definitely upgrade to an oceanfront room with patio….service was overall good. Look for Patricia at the beach and poolside service. She was always attentive and provided superior service. Food at all the restaurants were well prepared, portions were plenty, drinks were great as well. Overall memorable experience.'

Everything needed updating. Cracked tiles, dirty room windows, all the furniture looked hand me down. Either chips on the furniture or lop-sided furniture.
