'I would not recommend this hotel and never go there again myself. Positives: It is a good size hotel, gives a good impression upon arrival and has a massive swimming pool. The lobby area and restaurants look nice and overall the hotel has a nice vibe. There were shows every night and the waiters in the restaurants were friendly and accommodating for kids. Negatives 1. Maintenance: we were assigned a room which was not in best shape, the shower was damaged and dirty, the couch was broken and...

'Customer service in this property goes above and beyond. Beds are comfortable all stuff ad friendly. One downside is that internet service are slow And WiFi is unsecured. Other than that’s amazing experience. '

'Everything was very neat, the staff were friendly, there were plenty of dining options, and the coffee was delicious! The only downside was that the vegetarian options were somewhat limited. The hotel was close to the city center, so everything was within walking distance. Definitely recommend!'
