'We visited Blue Hill and Acadia with two families. We needed a place that was suitable for six kids and four adults. This place was far better than we could have even imagined. It was a clean and historical property that has been thoughtfully renovated. The grassy area in the front is perfect for yard games and relaxation. The owners were extremely thoughtful and considerate. They even prepared a fire and welcomed us with s'mores supplies and other local treats. We will be returning! '

'I needed to have some time to unplug and think without the distractions of my home. I packed up my nine-year-old German Shepherd and off we went. The farmhouse was perfect, the instructions with check-in were spot on, and the house is idiotic.I had dinner at Fern and Finn and came back and settled into the house with my book and a glass of wine. Just what I needed.'

'We had an excellent summer stay at Foxtrot! The kitchen was well furnished, the house was super clean, and there was plenty of room to spread out. The central location on the mid-coast of Maine made for some great day trips to Acadia National Park and Boothbay Botanical Gardens as well as dinner in Camden and Belfast. I would stay again if back in the area.'

'My wife, our 5 kids, and I stayed at Alex’s place in August 2024. What a wonderful stay. The location is perfect with a beautiful view of Mt. Battie from the back decks and a very short jaunt into Camden. We used the house as our landing spot to explore the region. The house was exactly as described. "Honestly, we really wanted to give a 5 star review, just because Marc was such a great host. But all in all our experience was a bit disappointing - considering what we paid. We had booked a cottage but it was actually a room in a cottage with several other rooms in it. The room itself did not offer the right value for money. It was clean and the bed was great, but everything else felt and looked tired and worn. The curtains looked like they hadn't been replaced since the 90s. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. There was a coffee maker but no condiments to go with it. Camden is a charming place to stay and the High Tide Inn is right on the ocean shore, which probably explains the rates. But if Marc wants to make this place work, he needs to do some work on the place. "
