'Stayed three nights there. The price-quality ratio was really good. The breakfast was sufficient enough and made according to my timetable since my visit took place outside the high season. But most of all I want to thank the manager. He assisted me in reserving the zip-lines and the jungle visit. He also provided a laundry service at a very short notice. 'What we expected. Nothing fancy but worked for the one night we stayed there. So a really cheap option if you need a stay for 1 or 2 nights. The host didn’t speak English but we managed with the little Spanish I spoke. Breakfast was great. Best pancakes on our trip.'

'Just back from 6 nights at Casa Cielo. This is truly a one-of-a-kind property. There were 12 in our group aged 6 to 75. Roughly 175 acres of trails, ponds and lakes to explore. We planted trees with Paul and his dad, fished in the lake, drove the 4x4 roads with Paul's dogs riding in back or running alongside. 'This is a spacious home located conveniently just minutes from most anything you'd want to do as a tourist in Monteverde. The property owners are onsite and very accommodating and helpful.
