'The property is clean and functional. It’s a basement apartment without AC so keep that in mind for warmer months. Busy neighborhood so backing out of the driveway on weekday mornings is tricky. '

'Neighborhood felt safe and off street parking for two cars was great! Not enough towels in bathrooms or kitchen and oven took an eternity to preheat. Sofa bed in basement does not fold down, so only able to sleep one person. Location is just short of two miles from MBTA stop, so you'll want to plan accordingly. We didn't spend a ton of time at the house, but it served its purpose as a place to sleep when spending time in Boston over a long weekend!'
