'Really enjoyed our stay. Three nights in a very clean, bright and comfortable room. Staff was attentive. Two blocks to subway. Hotel was quiet. Outside, not so much. Could be that we were there during UN General Assembly so lots of sirens and traffic. But that was a NYC thing and not the responsibility of the Hilton on West 57th Club. '

'Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. The lack of attention to overall cleanliness didn't stop there, the couch had bits of food stuck in the cushions and clearly they had not cleaned this for many stays before us.
