Historische hotels in South Bronx

'I travel for business to NYC and I'd never stayed in the Bronx. My usual areas were either full or overpriced so I took a shot at a good looking listing. I was impressed with not only my accommodations, but the building amenities were also top notch. Excellent gym! I wish there was more in the immediate area, but because of the road interchanges, it was difficult to walk many places. Perhaps if I had met a local or had more time to explore I could have found some good local spots for food or...

'Had a 1 night stay in NYC for a competition, this little apartment was PERFECT for a quick in and out. Comfortable and Very nice!'

'The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. A.so, why does a representative not ,ive at or near the property? If you need more towels or theres other concerns, how do you handle that? Finally, ...

'Fijn hotel op top locatie. Dichtbij metro, 9/11 memorial, Battery park, Brooklyn Bridge. Allemaal op loopafstand. Dagelijkse schoonmaak, schone hanndoeken en gratis flesjes water (kan ook anders in NY 😃) We hadden een kamer op hoge verdieping (24e) en dan hoor je niets van het lawaai van stad en verkeer. Hele goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding! Enige minpuntje zijn de smalle Queensize bedden. De kamer is groot genoeg voor 3/4 personen, alleen de bedden echt te smal. '

'Everything was good. Staff was super friendly. Chinatown, Staten Island Ferry, 9/11 Memorial, Trinity Church are all 10-20 min walk from the hotel. Pier 11 is a 3 min walk from hotel. You can catch the ferry there to go to Dumbo & Brooklyn bridge. Subway station to go to Times Square is a 5 min walk. Also many food options around the hotel. Would stay here again! '
