'Very nice property, beautiful decor, spacious. Very safe location with plenty of parking. Quiet location away from the crowds but close enough to walk to the beach and everywhere else in Old Orchard. Highly recommended, would come back.'

'This little space provided me a short term home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped, which is wonderful if you are looking to be able to cook meals in your rental. I enjoyed the little fireplace at night, which made it cozy and comforting. The location is great if you love antiquing in Wells, and is in proximity to the main shopping areas, nature trails and local restaurants. Great place to stay if you want to visit Wells.'

'Barely adequate. Awkward, narrow spaces and unsafe for anyone with balance or vision issues. Chain lock on entry door not attached securely to wall. Trim board just pulls away from wall. How about some 3" screws that hit the stud! Soft kitchen floor with hole (trip hazzard)Not a comfortable chair in the place. Pillows hard as a rock and beds very uncomfortable.Overall, your typical OOB rental. Only invest enough in the property to make it look good in pictures, sell the location and the beach...

'Fantastic beach location and comfortable unit equipped with air conditioning (essential during the heat wave that occurred during our stay). Clean rooms, good size and full kitchen; comfortable furnishings.Only caution is that this is a beach-side location and appears to have a bit of a price premium for that reason. It’s justified but only if you’re planning to make good use of the beach.'

'Excellent property! Clean and well appointed. There was everything you could need within a 5 min drive radius. Communication was excellent. There was a fire alarm battery beeping when we arrived and they addressed it very quickly. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area!'
