'We had a great stay! The house is in a perfect location and was in great condition! Owners are wonderful and were easy to get in contact with. The house was perfect for our family of 6- 2 adults and 4 children. We will definitely stay again!'

'Everything was great. Check in and communication with the property owner was great. We were weary of using the upstairs bathroom as there was obvious plumbing issues from the wet stains on the ceiling in the kitchen. Nothing noticeably wet. We just used the bathroom downstairs for the duration of our stay. The condo was clean and big. Pictures online absolutely did it justice. True to size in the photos. If you’re not an early riser, I’d suggest booking elsewhere just due to the Bungalow...

'My famiily had a memorable stay at the Cozy Beach Retreat. The house itself is very clean & comfortable. The highlight of course was the swimming pool. We also enjoyed being close to the beaches at Island Beach State Park and Ocean Gate. We would definitely stay again!'

'Directly on the water, not a bad thing to say about the property. Ben the owner gave us space but also checked in daily to ensure we were happy. He had crab traps and let us cook them up. What an experience for a small family or couple. Only 5 minute drive to the beach, we went on 4th of July weekend and there was no bridge traffic. We aer going to book house again'
