'The hotel is old and not well kept. I found a dead and a live bug in my room. Door to bathroom broken and hard to open. The body wash bottle in the shower is broken from the wall. The ceiling is peeling and it felt creepy because it was right over my head where I slept. Front door does not shut well and has to be yanked to close. Place felt cheap and decrepit.'

'The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.'

'Very mixed emotions after our last minute trip there this weekend. This was one of few choices available given the holiday weekend. It is a Hilton Property. Pros: Helpful Staff, Nice Beach, near airport and mall. Great food, even so the wait can be long to get served. Nice lounge to have a drink before heading to bed in the evening with great bartender! Cons: We got two extra towels from house keeping on day one never to see the staff again. We went all three days there without a single room...
