All very friendly. The security staff always looked to help and one of the ladies even offered to carry my bag down the stairs even though I am much bigger and did not take her up on it. Very sweet, the check in people, the greeters at breakfast, the guy at the omelet station hooked me up with great food made to order and the bakery made great bread and snacks. 'Had a good rest, if you are looking for a party destination, this hotel is close to the bar street of Makati. It’s a little far to Intramuros which is a must see in Manila for sure, but if you avoid rush hour it should be ok. Hotel is clean, bed was really good, I suffered from a jetlag and recovered quite quickly because of the comfortable bed I had.. the breakfast is exceptional. The staff is really friendly and are always smiling! :) '
