'The location was amazing in the heart of Little Italy. The check in and parking were straight forward and the staff was nice. It was a very basic room and I wish it had been a little more clean. The small rug was pretty stained and there were random hairs around. The R2D2 air con was pretty loud. Other than that, I would stay there again.'

Loud music and people were shouting until 2 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. After that, the staff started moving trash bins and making noise outside, which continued until the morning.
