'The house is newer & nicely furnished. Being in East County it was a drive to get to anyplace, but has good freeway access and usually not bad traffic. The only downside was it's closeness to a main highway so the traffic noise was noticeable. But overall it was a nice house, comfortable and convenient.'

'This property is great. It's conveniently located just off of the freeway, and a short walk (within 2 minutes) to a grocery store, a park, and some local stores.
