'The room was 1.5 hrs late for check-in but they credited us $50 at the restaurant to which we didn’t get a chance to use. There were no wash cloths or hand towels in the room, only regular shower towels.'

'Everything was wonderful except for the pool chairs- there were no chairs at 11am. People save chairs early in the morning at 7am. What is frustrating is that most of those chairs stay empty most of the day. '
