'My husband and I and four other couples did an event in Tampa. So we needed a big house. This checked all the boxes for us. It had five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. It was spotless. Had all the kitchen things you needed. The pool in the backyard was wonderful and clean. Rhonda was a pleasure to work with as she gave my husband the key codes. And responded quickly to text messages. Do not hesitate if you’re planning to stay in Tampa.'

'The house was perfect for our group of 8 with plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our party. There were also plenty of seating spaces inside and outdoor entertainment spaces. '

'This house was so cute and perfect for our stay, I had my 2 children, and parents with me! Cute space for everyone. We had a our own bedrooms, 1 bathroom that was great for all, cute little kitchen, and a laundry room! I had great communication with the owner and she was helpful, and quick with her responses. I will definitely be looking for this again in the future!Location wise I was close to the air force base and the gandy and selmon! Definitely recommend! Sharla- '

'This house is terrific. Nice pool and great spaces to hang out - we loved the screened porch in the evenings. Property manager was great to communicate with and the house is just like or better than the pictures. We walked to Chef & the Baker most days for coffee and breakfast. Great neighborhood walk. House is very convenient to many amenities and we'll be back!'

'Very reasonably priced and fit our family well. Very comfortable. Most necessary kitchenware was there except for skillet. Only had a small one so had to purchase one sufficient for our family. Otherwise, good place to stay for our beach vacation. '

'We rented this house for a multi-generational get together for the UTampa graduation. It was located south of downtown / campus, but easy access to the highways, bayshore drive, parks, and bridges to head to the beach or St. Pete. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. This house size was perfect for several adult couples. The bedrooms are upstairs, but have individual bedrooms (2 rooms with kings, 1 room with queen, and 1 room with mutliple beds). The bathrooms are updated, well...

'Very attentive hosts. Power went out through no fault of the hosts and they responded immediately to help us with our internet connection. We have a teenager so avoided the world ending! Really nice place! Loved the grill room patio!'

'I was very pleased with everything. I only needed to reach out to the hosts a couple times and they were very responsive and helpful. The place was very nice and we loved the decor. The space was well utilized. Loved the hot tub and the backyard. Private and nice!'

'What a treasure this place is! Excellent location, clean, and the recommendations from the owners for restaurants were fabulous, especially Donatello's and the beachfront places. The pool was relaxing and the amenities of Bayshore are worth staying at again.'

'We stayed at this lovely home for 3 nights this past June, and would absolutely book again when we’re in the area. It was more than sufficient for our family and exceeded our expectations in every way. The area is safe, full of great restaurants with a Publix is very close. The location was perfect for us to attend a concert downtown. From the moment we walked in, we noticed how clean the place was, smelling fresh, with nice cool A/C. The kitchen was well appointed. We made breakfast one...

'Great location, wonderful house, quiet neighborhood. Host alerted us of an issue the day we were to check in, and had it fixed before we arrived, that is amazing service. Great communication with host, quick to respond. We would highly recommend this house, very comfortable, very open, and pool area was great even though we were short on time and never got to actually use it. We would definitely stay here again, enjoyed every quiet moment at this house. Not one complaint or concern with this...
