'This property met all our expectations. We loved the pool/table tennis and played quite a few games on it. On arrival there was a bit of a mix up with the key code and WiFi password, but someone came over within 15 minutes and sorted it out for us. 'Charming home on a historic cute street. Clean and comfortable for the young kids. Although the upstairs is unsafe for young kids because of missing railing or wall for the open staircase. Loved the location and enjoyed the farmers market which was easy to get to with small kids. Neighbors were nice. We would definitely stay here again if the railing for the staircase is added in the upstairs bedroom. We left our car parked in the driveway after 10am checkout so we could walk around for an hour....

'Our group of 4 couples stayed a long weekend at this rental for a concert at Raymond James Stadium. Location was close to venue, Tampa Riverwalk, Ybor City and neighboring St Pete. Kitchen/common area was large and had plenty of seating to spread out, perfect for our group. Anthony was very thorough in his communications and quick with responses. Would stay here again.'

'We came to town for a concert at Raymond James Stadium, and we wanted a place closeby and near good restaurants. This house checked all of the boxes and then some! The beds were comfortable the kitchen was perfectly appointed and the living room was great! We were able to walk to restaurants on S. Howard and we enjoyed the charming neighborhood. 'Super cute apartment. Perfect for the 3 days I was needing to stay. Close to lots of shops and the hospital. Super clean. Safe area for solo travelers. Linens were microfiber material. Cotton would be more breathable. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen has what you need to cook and even make smoothies. Would prefer if the K cups were supplied rather than having to buy.
