'Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food...

'The swimming pool isn’t available right now and double rooms weren’t available at check-in time so we had to stay in a single bed room because we were in a time crunch. Which was doable for us thankfully. The staff was apologetic and kind and the room we stayed in was clean. '

'This is a charming house and we had the best time in Austin. The host was very attentive and the home was very clean. We would book this home again when we decide to come back to Austin. The home is only 15 minutes from the airport which is great!'
