'Cool place, beautiful inside'

'Host Lauren is very friendly and eager to make sure the stay goes well. Very well located close to restaurants, downtown West Palm Beach, and the Norton Museum. King bed was good for us. I think the apartment would be small however for Plus sized people.'

'This was a nice room with a cute shared patio out back. There were lounge chairs and a ping pong table. It was quiet and clean. The best part is that it’s 3 blocks walk to Calle Ocho. We were able to walk and enjoy Little Havana so easily. Would stay again. '

'The host was responsive during the stay. There was an issue with the hot tub that was resolved. The outdoor furniture was left uncovered which made it almost impossible to sit on because it was always dirty and wet. Neighbors were nice and quiet. Temps got cold and thermostat was locked for a couple of days so we had ac on when we needed heat. Then it warmed up and we needed the air back. I wish we had full control the whole time. 'This was unfortunately a terrible experience, primarily as a result of the host, how they treated us, and an issue with them pushing to do work in the unit during our stay. Thankfully VRBO made it right and we were able to recoup most of our spend as the issues were not of our doing. I recommend all communication you have with the hosts be in writing should you choose to stay here.Regarding the property, the coffee machine was broken and the unit smelled musty, but for the price we could have...

'Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. '
