'The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The room itself was good, except for the noisy plumbing when the tap in the bathroom was turned on. There were no bathrobes or bath slippers in the room and when we requested them they were not sent up. We had to ask the maid if she could get us some. The following day we asked the room to be serviced. I was disappointed they did not clean the used glasses or cups. They also did not stock up the used tea bags. 'Het hotel is nog niet klaar om gasten te ontvangen.. meeste is houtje touwtje en dat is niet wat je verwacht van de Langham group. Het Michelin ster restaurant was helemaal een joke… slecht eten en de wijn die we geselecteerd hadden was maar 1 fles van in huis.. '
